<3 Hi! You can call me Neli. I am 19 years old, but I have been drawing for 9 years already.
I love listening to music, and even though I have a very eclectic taste, I mostly listen to J-pop and songs from cartoons, animes, and series that I enjoy.
My favorite foods are sushi and gyoza, my favorite drinks are sweet juices, my favorite colors are red, yellow, brown, green, and black, and finally, my favorite animals are rabbits.
I love creating OCs and universes from scratch, and I hope you follow along with me here!!

| The turnaround time is a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 month since I am a university student.
| Please provide plenty of details for your request; the more references, the better! Feel free to write it out or even send me a voice note explaining how you want every detail.
| The drawing can be delivered via Discord or email!
PAYMENT
| Payment can be made Paypall.
| A 50% deposit is required before the drawing is started, and the remainder is due after the art is completed.
| The price list will only change if the art is very complex, requiring more of my time or even requiring me to take a moment to study further to execute it.
| I do not offer refunds!

· Any art involving minors in a sexual nature
· Anything I am not comfortable drawing
· Highly complex art that I do not yet have the skill to create
· Very complex backgrounds
· Realism
· Art to be used for NFTs or AI
PROCESS
| Do not claim the art as your own, do not trace, and do not omit or forget to include credits.
| All art for commercial use will have a fee that will be discussed.
| Adding an extra character will cost an additional 50%, and adding a background doubles the price.
| Chibis, the additional charges mentioned above still apply.
| I will not start the sketch if I do not receive the first part of the payment, and I will not deliver the art if the second part of the payment is not made; this is non-negotiable.
|The waiting order will be according to the order in which requests arrive. I have a limit of 3 to 5 slots; if there is someone ahead of you, I will let you know, and if the slots are full, I will put you on the waiting list.
